If a recipe calls for a total of 16 lbs of
grain to be mashed and I want to substitute
various liquid malt extract instead of
mashing, where can I find an explanation of
how to calculate the amount of LME to be
substituted.

I need to know the resource so I won't have
to ask this question again!

I use http://tastybrew.com/calculators/recipe.html to figure
out how my recipes will end up. If you enter an all grain,
you can substitute LME and see how the numbers work.
