ginseng beer

Does anyone out there have any experience brewing beer with ginseng? I've
just started brewing and would like to brew a batch of ginseng beer for my
father (he's nuts about the stuff). I can get ginseng in root and extract
form but I don't know which would lend itself better to brewing. Also, my
local brewing supply store proprietor told me that a company in New York
brews a ginseng beer but he couldn't remember the name. Anyone have any
clues about this one? Thanx in advance, J

Mobcraft in Milwaukee. You submit your request and they vote on which brew to make. I think this would be a winner, in my opinion. My Uncle used to grow it in Kewaskum.
