Howdy, y'all!

The yeasty experient is ON! I have committed to yeast harvesting, is what
I've gone and done. Have a backup liquid supply-- you know, just in case
the goose is cooked long before it's done. But that's a worm of a different
kettle of colorful fish to be crossed as the stream flows over the bridge,
or something Terry Pratchett-worthy. But I have digressed. Am also
exhausted, so bear with me.

Foggy Daze Brewhouse Diary, 12/02/16
Am prepping for brewday tomorrow. Racked 2 to 2ndary; harvested both yeast
cakes; fingeres crossed. 2 sterilized quart jars, filled each 1/3 yeast
cake, 2/3 boiled distilled water. Sealed, in 'fridge. Will use Imperial A09
Pub in tomorrow's brew.

At the tone, BrewTime will be: T -20 hours and counting. All systms green--
We are Go for Brew!

Tone!

Good luck. Barring really awful sanitation or temp control, you really
don't need much luck, though. Odds are the yeast will be attacking your
wort like a school of piranhas working on a cow carcass, or something like
that.

That's what I'm expecting. Sanitation technique isn't a problem-- it was a
matter of whether or not I'd have the energy to do it. I have a good blow-
off hose system, just in case the little guys get too rowdy. Stay tuned!
