So, I was browsing and found this product.

It seems energy-efficient and says it's 40 quarts. If I could fit a
carboy into it, it'd perhaps be nice for doing secondaries.

Thoughts?

It's a Peltier junction device. The key point is: "40 degrees F below
ambient."
If you put it in a 100 F shed it will cool to about 60 F.
